What the public site currently collects

The current static website does not contain a registration form, payment flow or behavioural advertising system. Contact links open the visitor's email client. If you contact us, we process the information you choose to send in order to respond and manage the relevant relationship.

The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, device or browser information, timestamps and request logs for security, reliability and delivery of the website. The exact hosting provider and its privacy terms should be added to the legal notice when deployment is confirmed.

Purposes and legal bases

Personal data may be processed to answer enquiries, manage programme or partnership communications, take steps requested by a person before entering an agreement, maintain the security and operation of the website, and meet legal obligations. The applicable legal basis depends on the context and may include legitimate interests, steps taken at the request of the data subject before a contract, performance of a contract, consent where appropriate, or compliance with a legal obligation.

Retention and recipients

Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for any applicable legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements. Access is limited to Data Immigrant personnel and service providers who need the information for the relevant purpose, such as hosting, email, programme administration or professional advisers.

If a service provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, Data Immigrant Kft. will use an appropriate transfer mechanism where required by law.

Cookies and analytics

The version of the TraceLab website supplied in this package does not set non-essential analytics or advertising cookies and does not load third-party web fonts. On that basis, it does not require a consent banner for non-essential cookies.

If analytics, embedded media, tracking, application forms or other third-party services are added later, this notice and the consent mechanism must be reviewed before those services are enabled.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, individuals may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent. Requests can be sent to hello@dataimmigrant.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11, Hungary, or through the contact channels published by the Authority.
